Abortion is a horrible crime against humanity. It must be stopped.
The Bible says that God is the giver of life; that we should not kill; and that God hates those who shed innocent blood:
Genesis 2:7
"Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being."
Psalm 36:9
"For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light."
Exodus 20:13
"Thou shalt not kill."
Proverbs 6:16-19 "These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: A proud look,
A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil, A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren."
God's Word is clear that life is precious and humanity should protect it. Even more so it is clear that God actually hates those who shed innocent blood. More innocent lives have been killed in the United States of America through abortion than any other form of intentional killing - murder, war, gun deaths, assaults, knife attacks, beatings, etc., nothing compares. The estimated number of abortions that have occurred in America since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision now numbers over 62,000,000. What kind of nation allows innocent babies to be killed with no consequence? Only a nation controlled by people who are devoid of feeling, emotion or concern for Life would ever allow it. Or perhaps it is better said this way - only a nation that fails to respect the Bible and the admonition to protect innocent lives would ever allow abortion to continue. Now is the time for Americans to raise our voices in a moral outcry to stop this crime against humanity. You can start standing up today by signing the petition to abolish abortion in Arkansas right now on my website www.jasonrapert.com.
For the past 48 years, the federal courts in our country have been controlled by judges who have propped up the horrible decision made by 7 men in 1973 that allowed a bloody slaughter of innocent babies to commence that continues to this very day. It is time for America to demand the U.S. Supreme Court reverse the Roe v. Wade decision, recognize the personhood of unborn living human beings, and stop this horrible crime against humanity.
As many of you know, in addition to my voice as a preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, I am also an elected state senator in Arkansas. I sponsored the very first Heartbeat Bill that ever passed in the United States in March of 2013. Since that time many other states have filed similar legislation and just this past week the state of South Carolina became the 11th state to pass a Heartbeat law banning abortions after the detection of a fetal heartbeat. Though they did not use the Heartbeat Bill legislation, when Alabama's strict abortion ban is considered, there have now been 12 states to pass laws banning abortion after the detection of a fetal heartbeat. It is important for Arkansas to continue taking a bold stand for Life which has proven to be effective in getting other states to follow our lead. Americans United for Life recently named Arkansas the most prolife state in the entire country - we are well suited to take an even greater stand for life by passing my bill SB6 the Arkansas Unborn Child Protection Act to abolish abortion in the state of Arkansas except to save the life of a mother. SB6 has already passed unanimously out of the Arkansas Senate Public Health Committee and will be voted on the Arkansas Senate floor on Monday, February 22, 2021. When SB6 becomes law, it will be one of the strongest prolife bills ever passed in the history of our nation and will be a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade. This is part of the strategy. The only way for the U.S. Supreme Court to ever have an opportunity to overturn the bad precedent of a former decision is for there to be a direct challenge of that decision which would force them to take up a case for consideration.

Recently in the Arkansas Senate committee Mr. Allan Parker of the Justice Foundation joined with me in presentation of SB6. Mr. Parker represented Norma McCorvey who was "Jane Roe" of the Roe v. Wade decision, during her efforts to seek the overturn of the decision at the U.S. Supreme Court. The Court refused to act.
Mr. Parker shared the following information that is important for anyone to know regarding the reason why it is completely plausible that the U.S. Supreme Court can and should overturn their own decision which has been done 200 times before:
"Under the law of judicial precedent the Supreme Court has a duty to consider changed legal factual conditions and serious criticism of its prior cases in deciding whether to overrule them in appropriate cases. Abortion is a Crime against Humanity. Abortion is not just wrong, it is egregiously wrong like slavery and segregation. A crime against humanity occurs when the government withdraws legal protection from a class of human beings, as the court did in Dred Scott (slavery) and Plessy v Ferguson (segregation). Every member of the Court, except the newest Justice Barrett, has voted to reverse Supreme Court decisions. The Court has overruled over 200 of its own decisions. Brown v Board of Education overruled the Courts 58 year old Plessy case to end segregation. Now science shows life begins at conception. Finally, if the law (SB6) goes into effect no woman would have to care for a child unless she wants to do so. At no cost to her she can safely relinquish her child to a manned fire station or baby box or hospital emergency room up to 30 days after birth. Don’t kill the infant life (Gonzales v Carhart), don’t hurt yourself ( women testified of the horrible suffering of abortion), give us your child through adoption or safe haven and one of the one to two million families waiting to adopt will care for that innocent infant life." Just as our nation rose to the occasion to call for the abolition of slavery in our nation, so should we also stand in unity in a moral outcry to also call for the abolition of abortion. Have you ever really considered how large the actual death toll is from abortion? Take a look at these horrible numbers from www.numberofabortions.com:
Worldwide since 1980 the estimated number of killings through abortion around the world is approaching 2 billion babies - 1,605,480,060 and rising. In the United States of America since 1973 the number of innocent babies killed through abortion is now 62,621,043 and rising. Just using simple math, from January 1, 1973 through today which is the 51st day of 2021, that is a total number of 17,206 days. When you divide 62,621,043 American abortions by 17,206 days you get a result of 3,639.48 deaths per day.
That is an average of 1,328,410 innocent babies killed through
abortion on an annual basis beginning in 1973.
One of the common arguments used by those who support abortion to bully prolife people and oppose upholding a standard for Life above death is that it is wrong to disallow rape or incest exceptions to abortion bans. The problem with that is it is intellectually dishonest to argue that killing an innocent life is acceptable at any time. It also discounts the value of the lives of the children born as a result of rape or incest and also discounts the actual testimony of women who have been abused and harmed through rape and have chosen to give their child life.
I have personally been introduced to a child who was saved as a result of the Arkansas Heartbeat Bill provisions. As I was told by the mother who adopted the little boy, his birth mother had been raped and she took a morning after pill to try and stop the pregnancy but was unsuccessful. She then went to the Little Rock, Arkansas abortion clinic to have a surgical abortion but was given an ultrasound and informed of the baby's heartbeat in her womb - which the law I passed still requires in Arkansas. She courageously chose NOT to have the abortion and chose to give the baby up through adoption after the little boy was born.
These are all very difficult circumstances but I urge you to listen to the testimony of these people yourself:
I ask you again - what kind of nation allows innocent babies to be killed with no consequence? There is no other way to describe what is happening in our country than to call it for what it is - a horrible crime against humanity. We must take a stand to abolish abortion in Arkansas and the United States today. You can help take a stand against abortion today by simply clicking this link and signing our petition asking Gov. Asa Hutchinson to support and sign SB6 into law: ABOLISH ABORTION IN ARKANSAS.
Thank you for taking time to read and consider the fact that abortion is a crime against humanity and also against the Word of God itself. Here at Holy Ghost Ministries we know the greatest gift is eternal life through salvation by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ who is the Son of God. If you do not know Jesus as your personal savior, please stop right now, repent of your sins, ask God for forgiveness and make Jesus the Lord of your life. Say this prayer out loud and enjoy the gift of eternal life:
“Dear God, I know I’m a sinner,
and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son.
I believe that He died for my sin and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do your will.
I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
The Bible says, “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, [Jesus Christ], that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
The Bible says, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
The result of sin is death, spiritual separation from God (Romans 6:23).
“God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).
"If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:9-13).
If you prayed for salvation, the Bible says that you are now saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We rejoice with you and would love to hear from you. Please let us know if you have prayed and received the gift of salvation and we will send you a free gift by writing to us at:
